GLOCK 43X "CHOPPA COMMUNITY" RAFFLE

CONTEST RULES:

• Must be 21 years of age to enter
• Winner is subjected to a ATF/VIRGINIA STATE background check and may legally possess the firearm. If denied, the winner will forfeit the prize and no refund of ticket(s) will be given.
• The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state and local lawsand regulations. Void where prohibited.
• Winning person is not able to transfer the prize to another person.
• Drawing will take place on JULY 30, 2022 at 12 noon EST, winner will be announced via LIVE on Facebook & Instagram.
• Winner has 10 days to claim the prize. After 10 days the winner relinquishes their right to claim their prize and an alternate winner will be selected.
• Winner assumes complete responsibility for the use of firearms.
• Purchase of a raffle ticket does not guarantee a win.
• Purchase not necessary for entry.
• Upon winning, the individual must comply with all firearm transfer regulations and laws, both state and federal. The firearm must be picked up from a federal firearms licensee. Any shipping and transfer fees are the responsibility of the winner.
• Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Winner of the raffle will be selected under the supervision of VTSA. Winners will be notified by email and via social media. VTSA has no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices of winning due to ANY REASON, the selected winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.
