About ~ We invite you to come together for your Pattern Sensing Journey. This is an opportunity to get to know each other, to slow down and connect, while facilitators Siobhán O'Callaghan and Olivia Köhler look forward to guiding you through a series of nature practices.

Pattern Sensing is an intuitive and transformative offering, that guides participants in understanding, observing, exploring and connecting with patterns in Nature. For those who prefer live guidance or enjoy the sharing aspect, we offer an opening and closing Circle on demand.

Opening Circle        activate your journey with a guided journaling practice that will connect you to a pattern in Nature.

Closing Circle          deepen your exploration with a guided practice that will transform your pattern thinking.
