Bladins Parents' Association Annual General Meeting 2022

The school director, chairman of the foundation board and the presidium of the parent association will provide information on the past 12 months and the plans & visions for the future. Parents will elect the Nominations Committee and the Foundation Board for the current school year. REGISTRATION IS ESSENTIAL. Only registered individuals will be allowed to vote. Check-in opens at 18.00 on the day of the AGM.

AGENDA 

1. Opening of the meeting, Election of the chairman of the meeting. Approval of agenda. 
2. Preparation and approval of voting list. 
3. Election of two persons to approve the minutes. 
4. Examination of whether the meeting has been duly convened. 
5. Presentation of the Board Report and the Auditor's Report. 
6. Presentation of the Income Statement and the Balance Sheet for Stiftelsen Bladins skola.
7. Election of members of the board and deputy members of the board of Stiftelsen Bladins skola. 
8. Appointment of two auditors and deputy auditors for Stiftelsen Bladins skola. 
9. Election of a nominations committee consisting of four people, of which one is appointed as convenor. The nominations committee shall be equally represented by the Swedish School and the International School. 
10. Report from the board of the Parents' Association. 
11. Other matters.
