Class - Intro to Quantum Healing and Accessing your Inner Child

In this deep, immersive class, we're going to talk about the concepts and paradigm of Quantum healing, parts work, and how we access our multidimensionality through that! This is a great place to start for those new to the process or curious and who want to learn more. We'll cover about 30-40 minutes of teaching, then a guided meditation and space to share and connect your experience at the end! 

We're going to talk about

• - How to connect to our true selves and highest self through the healing process
• - Identifying trauma and protection/dissociation in the emotional body and how to work with that
• - An immersive guided meditation to connect with your inner child and begin the healing process!
