Join us at the KAAP [Love Art] Gala Saturday, February 4th @ The Pines BLACK starting at 6:30 p.m.!  

A three part evening for just $75 a ticket - delicious food, lovely entertainment, and the opportunity to meet local artisans with proceeds funding scholarships for arts students and supporting rural arts in the Kindred area.  Sponsorships at various levels are available - all include complimentary tickets.

THEME

• We welcome Artist in Residence "The Film Dudes" from Minot, ND.  The Film Dudes will spend six days in the Kindred Elementary School with grades K-6 to craft a short YouTube like trailer helping develop students media awareness, digital citizenship and film making skills to help integrate technology through the arts into our classrooms.  This opportunity is made possible in part by an Arts in Education Collaboration Grant through the North Dakota Council on the Arts, a grant from the Kindred Area Community Foundation, and a donation from the Kindred Viking Booster Club Viking Pride fundraiser.
• We continue with our "Food as Art" theme as we celebrate our agricultural roots in this community in regards to food we eat.  We are honored to have a  variety of area chefs join us to feature their culinary specialty, many using use locally sourced ingredients to honor our community's agricultural roots at the arts table.
